If this is the first time you are logging into the Help Center to manage requests, you will have to use the 'Forgot Your Password?' process to set your password.
We recommend that you to make your Help Center password the same as your eSOCDAT password or as similar to it as possible so it is easier to recall.
Please keep in mind that the password strength for the Help Center is length 13, with at least one capital letter, at least one small letter, at least one number and at
least one special symbol (%&$#). If your eSOCDAT password is less than 13 characters in length, then we recommend that you add more to the end of your Help Center password using
your eSOCDAT password as the first part so they are close and easy to remember.
